This is certainly a beautiful shot, flower in good focus, also showing the cactus in reasonable focus to keep the likes of myself interested after viewing the flower....
I also feel a black background (cloth or the likes) would really bring out the beauty of this shot.

Wow, another beautiful shot. That flower is just gorgeous! Have you tried a black background? Clarity and lighting are just right IMO.
