By the end of the day I am very tired. For me this has been the hardest day of all - 1600 metres climb from the valley bottom to the rhodedendron forests of Ghorepani. The place itself is a disappointment - an ugly tourist village built out of blue sheet metal. The saving grace is the, "Super View Lodge" - just an ordinary lodge away from the cutting edge of the Nepalese tourist industry, and we both agree it wins the prize for the, "best Dal Bhaat (Nepalese style rice and lentils) on the Annapurna Circuit".
