This is not just about milk, although there is an obvious pride in the "longest milk run in the world." The exhibits
are about local history, the battlers who carved farms out of the bush, eccentrics and scoundrels, the schools and
the children, the railway (which doesn't come here any more), and the strong military presence here in the
Atherton Tablelands in World War II, when a Japanese invasion of the Australian coast was half-expected.
