My son-in-law hunted down which food stall was selling these delectable little veal ribs and got me a plate of them

These ribs were #24 on the menu -- "Short Rib with Honey Sauce". I didn't detect a lot of honey in the sauce, but that was okay -- it was still dark, rich and sweet. It looked so appetizing, a young man walked up to us and asked where he could get some for himself. That's the way to find out what's good at a food court with tens of stalls -- you ask the guy next to you what HE'S eating.

Their dao jeung (soybean drink) was excellent too -- it was much tastier than the the watered-down versions.
