I was driving along, wondering what I could do for todays photo, when I spotted a row of bluebells and a lost wheeltrim. I was struck by the incongruity of the clash between nature and manmade plastic, as well as the potential to comment on the effect of our modern, throwaway, world on the natural world. I pulled over and sized it up through the viewfinder and liked the balance of the shot, the two worlds in opposing corners and opposite in every way. I shot them as I found them, there is no rearrangement here, that is exactly as the wheeltrim lay when I found it.
I quite like this one but, as always, I would love to know YOUR views so please let me have your comments.
