Outstanding! A bit prejudiced since I designed this in the late 1980's. Once in a lifetime or even more, could this rock have been available to save, and improve this shoreline. Give Mark and Sandra Marino, Portland Malt Shop, credit for the beautiful IMAGE WALL on Lake Place. Duluth needs to connect Lake Place to Superior Street as original plans proposed. Wake up Duluth!
