Thanks for the feedback Robert.

I have replaced the original image with this one that includes the electrical pole. I get an equal number of folks who want things like power lines and electrical poles removed. The washed out sky is due mainly to the overcast sky which we have had more than our share of this spring. In my efforts to cover all of the areas and do my reports, I am often at the mercy of the weather.

This image is actually a pano of 5 images which would be too large to actually post here. The reduction of the image to a much smaller size also causes a loss of resolution, that combined with issues of perspective, lens quality, and the photographer not taking time to use a good tripod all contribute to the "unsharp" appearance of the blooms. Hopefully, next year I will be able to get a better shot of this area.

I hope this image is an improvement. I am sorry you did not enjoy it.

Rich, I see that you used PS to remove the electrical pole and propane tank located next to the church. IMHO the image suffers from a washed out sky and out of focus flowers. Thanks for your wildflower reports.
