The Optio is a nice, convenient little DC. My last
consumer DC became obsolete when it's rechargable
battery went dead. The fact that S40 support AA
size rechargable hopefully would extend its service
life.
I am a believer in post processing. Therefore all
my photos go through Photoshop.

The pictures look great. But are the pictures really original or have they been fixed with software. I looked at the file info and they appeared to have been worked on with Photoshop. If the pictures are original then the S40 is a really good camera.
