On holiday from the UK we were just leaving Monument Valley when there before us was the most colour saturated rainbow we have ever seen but I needed some foreground interest and frantically drove and found this outcrop I parked and ran across the road whilst someone travelling in the opposite direction screamed across the road to take a shot too he was very well equipped with digital equipment but unfortunately the rainbow was starting fade I still prefer film for my photography largely with Nikon equipment.
Cool shot! I made a picture of this one as well. It's between Kayenta and Monument Valley, right? Couple of minutes before heading right for the visitors center... very nice to see it here. I don't see this one a lot, I guess most people drive across it and just head for the view near the Visitors Center. I will take another look at my version and will consider to add it as well;)
