...Again, the Marelli distributor cap on the left is the Porsche while the other distributor cap is for the Jaguar. Now, notice the "center" section of the distributor, particularly the "rotor" contact area and the "height" of the coil contact plunger. In the Porsche cap, this plunger is much longer than that shown on the other cap. The shorter plunger of the Jaguar Marelli cap will be your first "headache" as it will not work for our Porsche application. : )
