The 'pied' heron in the center is an immature Little Blue that is a little over a year of age, which is molting from the white of juvenile plumage to the blue of adulthood. Juvenile Little Blue's are solid white, except for small dusky tips to the primaries. They can be tricky to seperate from Snowy Egrets.
