This place has a devoted following for its Italian "lobster tail" pastries ... on weekends only, they are filled with Bavarian cream instead of ordinary, frosting-like cream. They are made on Friday afternoon and are gone by early Sunday evening. This was the case when my family arrived ... it was such a disappointment.
When I first saw this picture that my daughter posted online, I was curious about the green whipped cream in the drink on the left. I asked her if it was mint-flavored. She took a closer look at her computer screen and laughed ... apparently she hadn't noticed that she had made a mistake with the green color channel. She thought it would be amusing to leave the picture up instead of doing it over again.
