As serveral couples went to the registors office to obtain marriage licenses, this officer, rather large officer, was attempting to keep things orderly.

Oh My God! The woman with eyes closed... She looks like my old roommate(?) WOW! That would be too much, too coincidental... can't be... However, she'd be in line for a license, but then again, naaaaaaaaah, can't be her. ~~~sorry for the long babble... feel free to delete.
