A wonderfully bizarre image -- the blur makes it almost come to life. I noticed it was shot at 1/5th of a second at f/2. How can this possibly be at ISO 400? Was the room pitch dark?
It leads me to believe that your ISO must have been accidentally still set at an outdoor setting such as 50. In any event you lucked out, MO -- the touch of blur brings it to life.
