At the cost of historical accuracy, but in the spirit of the original architect and in the interest of
simplicity and good taste, I have used Photoshop extensively here, to remove a power pole, a broken fence,
and a wheelbarrow. This is probably contrary to the Historic Houses Trust's conservation philosophy.
April 2006: The creeper and the very bits I removed with Photoshop have been removed!
I don't know how whether this was all in accord with the same conservation philosophy.
