Used the Magic Wand in PS to select the white boxes, holding down the Shift key as I selected all of them. Used Edit/Copy to copy all the white boxes to the clipboard. Created a new blank layer and pasted the white boxes. Then went to Edit/Paste to add the white boxes to the blank layer. Then went to Layer Style and chose Inner Shadow.
