I agree with Linda (Bailey) that this image would pair well with Watching and Waiting. Both of them ask more questions than offer answers, and you well know how much I appreciate images that appeal to our imagination. This one certainly does. It is beautifully organized, and very simple in its presentation. It is rich in abstraction and incongruity -- the shadowed head is quite shocking as it suddenly enters the frame at lower left.
