The girls were all dressed up for a wedding in October. The leaves were gorgeous and the ground covered with bright yellow. It was a great time for a picture! Unfortunately, my lack of planning and the old exposure meter on the Nikon FG missed the moment. I think Wal Mart one hour processing may have contributed too. But for whatever reason, the pics were awful. They needed fill flash terribly, and the yellow dominated everything.

I pulled them out of the picture box the other day and decided to scan them and play with some photo-edit software that came with the scanner. I thought the result was a very respectable Old-Timey Sepia toned pic!
