Saw an earlier pic with one swan. Thot it could be better composed. This pic corrects my objections. The swans are larger on image, & a nice, but distracting background was eliminated(altho reflected in part in this pic). I love the slightly waving water on the left side of the log caused by the swans, but a smooth water surface on the right side of the log leaves sharp reflections. Capturing the full reflection of the the swan's neck in the water was important. The splintered remains at the base of the log convey the trauma of the fall that ended the life of this tree. The swans, altho white, remind my of the Swan of Tuonela who circles the Finnish mythological land of Hell. Ausgezeichnet, excellent, classic.
