This is at 13 miles or so. You run up this short, steep hill for about 100 yards or so and the back down and continue along the flat part of the course you ran to get this far. It's amazing how much that little incline affects you - both years I've run the race, my mile 13 split was about 30 seconds slower than any of the first 12 mile splits.
