Sorry, Jen -- this image was to have been a three star image -- when I was grading it, I inadvertently gave it two stars by mistake and moved on. It is the 12th image in this 14 picture essay, and serves as a "set-up" context for the final image two pictures later. In other words, we see traffic moving here but not the bridge, and in the final, 14th image, both are moving.
