Long before the hand-over of Hong Kong to the Mainland China, people were very concerned about the future of Hong Kong. Back in year 1984, the Dragon Jaycees Limited had organized a photographic contest called "The Future of Hong Kong in the eyes of Youth". Since freedom was perhaps one of the main concerns about the future, the photographer has decided to create a photo which exhibited this vision. He had made up a composite from two photos including the High Court and the Statue of Liberty. This photo was then selected as Outstanding Award out of 250 entries.
