Hey, I'll take that extra bi-fold door off your hands. I have always wanted to install one in my home. I am tired of constantly having to clean the tracks of my sliding glass door. I have even banned my kids from using that door. With a bi-fold design, there are no spaces to fill with mud. http://www.amjbifolds.com.au/bi-fold-doors
