Jeri is a 4-5 year old Corgi-Chow mix. She and her son Jeff were rescued 3 years ago when their caregiver died and were left in their outside pen. Frequently a family member would come and throw a 20 lb. bag of dog food over the fence. Sometimes water was brought, sometimes not. A neighbor rescued them from this fate.
Jeri's only flaw is that she is very dog-aggressive.
