An experiment with "budget IR".
I got the idea from here: http://www.pbase.com/count/ir.
Just like he did, I broke some useless old floppy disks and used the circular piece in front
of the lens. I also had a UV filter on, so my new "IR filter" wouldn't fly away. For editing I used
PhotoShop (levels, ..) and NeatImage for removing the noise.
I had a lot of fun and it didn't cost much, nothing actually. :-)
