Many yachts in this marina are in amazing atrocious condition.

Their owners know how valuable the docking spot is but do not have the money to
upkeep their yachts and to sail. Keeping any sort of a swimming haul tied up to the
dock is enough though to preserve the docking spot and allows to wait for a better time...
