I wouldn't exactly call it "salad" but it tasted very much like the eggplant "meze" I loved at Cafe Agora in Atlanta. Its ingredients were eggplant, colored peppers, garlic, olive oil, tomato sauce, water, a little bit of sugar, cumin, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper.
