On our first morning in Scotland, my son Paul and I decided to photograph sunrise near the Cluanie Inn in Inverness which is were we had spent the previous night. After sunrise we went exploring the area looking for deer while enjoying the beauty of the snow on the mountains. We found the deer but they were well beyond capturing a good image. We both were traveling light on this trip and did not bring any long lenses so we settled for the morning light and snow on this morning.
