Pushing our mountain bikes

By brother and his friend up a steep hill at Purisma Creek Redwoods Open Space Preserve.

Way back on October 12, 1996.

Shot with my Advanced Photo System (APS) film camera.
A smaller format film system intended to replace the standard 135 film. The format did not last long as digital photography was just around the corner.

I removed the developed film from its container and imaged each picture with my Nikon d850 and macro lens on the tripod and ipad as the light source. Then converted the negative to positive, using Negative Lab Pro in Lightroom.

The plan is to digitize all my Alps bike trip pictures in this same manner.

1/4s f/8.0 at 105.0mm iso100 full exif

other sizes: small medium large original auto

A bit of work digitizing old film. Pushing a bike uphill is no fun either.
