This B-17 has undergone many changes, the biggest change being converted from a newer B-17G to an early B-17F for the movie "Memphis Belle" and flown in that movie as the fictional "Mother and Country"
Pink Lady was the last flying B-17 to have flown in combat over Europe during WWII
