Went to the Farmers' Market yesterday and picked up some home grown callaloo. It had to be organic because nearly every leaf had an insect hole on it. Recipes state to remove those with insect damage. Had I done that there wouldn't have been much left to steam.

Very labor intensive to make, though delicious and nutritious.
