The Chile House (1924) was designed by architect Fritz Höger in the style of German Brick Expressionism. The photo shows Staircase C.
Glossy polished marble was used for the floor of Entrance C, while the walls are clad with Art Deco tiles. The banister is made of fine wrought iron and dark wood. Elevator doors and the heavy wooden office doors are framed with deep-colored tiles.
