Found this in a Sedalia Mo. park parking lot. A single use tool, no pun intended.
Oddly I think I remember seeing this at the same location the last time we were there in April. When we go to visit friends at the lake we commonly stop 1/2 way for a break, eat a picnic lunch and take a walk on the walking trail to stretch our legs. I’m sure it was there previously so they must not clean up the parking lot very well or some couple returns to the same spot for more action.
