Spread Salsa on Flat Bread
Added ample Cooked Rice
Cooked Beans and Veggies about 5 minutes and added
in layers—Sliced Mushrooms and Onions, Sliced Cherry Tomatoes,
1/4 Cup chopped Bell Peppers; handful Spinach;
extra Scoop Salsa. Seasoned with Nutritional Yeast,
German Thyme, Garlic, Chives. Baked 5 minutes.
I wrapped the Corn on Cob in wet paper towel
and cooked in Microwave 4 minutes.
Delicious Meal.
