Pecan Butter

Way more delicious than peanut butter...and it doesn't get hard in the fridge! Drizzled with maple syrup it's heavenly. (I did not fry the bread as shown in this video). https://youtube.com/shorts/7s51RqhW1xg?si=gCFxx5GUh2nA60EA Caution: Do not put too much salt into it...in fact, it may not even be necessary. Also, check for doneness at about 10 minutes, or sooner so you don't burn the pecans. I processed mine in a 7 cup Cuisinart food processor and didn't have any lumps under the blades as was mentioned in the video.

Wow, that sure looks strange to me, doesn't look very appealing! Food has 3 main things, the look, the smell and the taste. The cultural aspects are for the French, the look and the smell are important, for the Chinese, the taste is important, for the English, the smell and taste are important ... etc.
