Who Are Those Guys in Modern Suits?

St Vitus Cathedral at Prague Castle

A very enlarged photo but one worth sharing.
Those guys in modern suits are Kamil Hibert and Josef Mocker, the architects who finally finished St.Vitus Cathedral in Prague.
It took 585 years to complete and I guess they figured they should be up there.
They are right under the Rose Window.
