I had never seen a restaurant open from 9 a.m. to 2 a.m.! And the kitchen operates from noon to 1 a.m., five days a week. The owner (presumably Mr. Kamal himself?) must be a tireless worker who takes pride in the quality of his specialties. This photo was likely taken in the morning: you can see him cheerfully writing the menu on the sparkling clean glass door, reflecting a neat background of a cozy narrow side street, then turning around to offer a warm smile to begin a nice day, for both himself, and the photographer. ~VVVVV+~
Great portrait of what I guess is the owner of the cafe. I have never seen a place like this where the daily specials are written directly on the door. ~BV~
