With the motor & batteries aboard the poor thing was tipping the scales at >22kg. I'm still strong enough to do at least 50k without so I stripped off all the electrick clamjamfrey and brought it back to 12kg. Replacing the Schwalbe Marathons alone gained almost a kilo.
