The distinctive red Lily petal and the black Spadix caught my eye.
It's similar to the more common (White colored) Italian Arum.

During its peak blooming phase, the plant emits a potent stench resembling rotting meat, which attracts flies for pollination.

My first sighting of this Lily in McClellan Ranch Park.
