Great Crested Flycatchers

Elkton, Maryland

My wife & I visited our Daughter's home on the Elk River in Elkton, Maryland.
This pair of flycatchers were checking out nesting sites along the Elk River's shoreline.
Believe this is the same pair I photographed on 09 & 12 May of 2024 nesting in a hollow broken limb of a sycamore tree right next to this pine tree.
