Having learned how nutritious asparagus was I sought a new recipe and found this on the Rainbow Plant Life vegan YouTube channel. It was very labor intensive and as I was putting it together (I made just half of it.) I said to myself, "This is too much work. I will never make this again."

And then I tasted it. I WILL be making it again. (I made the version without the beans.)
