Wonderful clarity and a beautiful capture. Great job of capturing the subtle details and variations in the black feathers. The red beak and detailed eye really provides an excellent focal point for this image. VV
The black swan and the white swan are two distinct species. Both are described as elegant and graceful waterfowl. Black swans are rare outside of Australia and New Zealand. Beyond their rarity, they are distinguished by their much more vivid red beaks, adorned with a white band near the tip. Their eyes, too, are a more intense shade of red than those of white swans. The crimson hue in these two areas creates a striking contrast against their glossy black plumage, rendering them exceptionally exquisite—much like this photograph. Thank you for sharing this true gem of a portrait. ~VVVVV+~
