The Post Office Building is a four-sided building located in Plaza de las Flores .
Its construction materials include exposed brick, artificial stone, and tiles in some areas. Built in 1925, it is in a regionalist style with some modernist touches.
The building is organized around a large courtyard on the first floor, accessed via a grand staircase and the wide archway of the main entrance.
The main façade is decorated with pilasters and crowned with a kind of bell gable. The building's floor plan is irregular, adapting to the urban space, and features curved and oblique sections at its corners.
It has five floors, and a lookout tower is located at one of its corners.
