The Park Rangers at the San Elijo Lagoon are eagerly awaiting the Supreme Court's decision regarding birthright citizenship in order to assign the nationality of these cute, little goslings that were born at the Lagoon. You see their parents are foreign and flew across the border. Thus, I expect the decision will be a watershed case for determining the citizenship rights of migratory water fowl.
