Milo

At home

Milo had a very unsettled past, moving from place to place and with different owners until he ended up at the Humane Society. He didn't do well there, so was fortunate enough to go to a foster home while he waited for his forever home. He is about 5 years old, as far as is known. His first few days at home with us were understandably stressful. Yet another change. He refused all food and attention for a few days, until, perhaps, he realized maybe he was really home at last. By day 4 he'd settled in well. He has not yet met Cleo or Lucy(the other cat) but will in due course. He knows they are around, however.

If he's as smart as Cleo he'll soon realize he's landed in the best of all homes.

Oh that's good news, he's accepting things and should be happy to be where he is. I've had a few strays and it does take time but looks like your successful. V

Congratulations on your new addition - he is a treasure. Lovely portrait of Milo settling in - he looks placid here.
