Scotland

This castle was in the movie Highlander and was a must visit location. Eileen Dolan was used by the Clans Mackenzie and MacRae and was named after a 7th Century Celtic Saint.

A timeless view with the castles's weathered stone walls rising solidly against a soft, overcast sky..... the arched bridge guides viewers' eyes across tidal waters edged with rugged rocks and seaweed..... small figures add a sense of human presence to this iconic Scottish landscape....excellent image!
