Would you believe this publix hoagie roll has been in the freezer for NINE MONTHS! Rejuvenated it by mmicrowaving it for 40 seconds on 30% power, then lightly toasting the spread apart roll (I sliced it before freezing.)
Recipes for the chicken and pickled carrots and daikon are from Andrea Nguyen's Banh Mi cookbook. There are all sorts of good suggestions for these scrumptious sandwiches in her book which I heartily recommend.
