Warbirds Over Scone 2026

Replica of the Bristol F.2B Fighter painted to represent "B1229", a famous No. 1 Squadron Australian Flying Corps. The original B1229 was flown extensively in the Middle East by Australian aviation legend, Captain Ross Smith. Loved by all that flew her as a large but surprisingly nimble reconnaissance aircraft that went on successfully to be a fighter aircraft in 1917.
