Taking in the sunshine

Saturday we had temps in the 60s and sunshine all day long. Sunday was cloudy and very cold, and snow is forecast for today. People are wondering if spring is ever going to arrive here.

Like a spring day! But still winter.

a time to seize the moment, as you astutely observed..

People may be wondering, but that dog is just enjoying the moment.

I've always heard that it's not a good idea to let your dog have its head out of the car because foreign objects can get into their eyes. We cherish out pets so much that we should want the best for them. That's why I can't understand people letting their pets sit up front with no restraint - or even if they had one an airbag deployment would be dangerous. When Ricky was alive I had him sit down on the floor in front of the passenger seat, or carried him in a crate in the back of our van when we had one.

The sun felt good on our faces here too. Just not as warm temp as you had. Fun photo.

Without winter, days like this aren't always appreciated. Cute shot.
