TOMATO SOUP:
2 Cups non dairy milk
2 Cups Low Sodium V8 Juice
1 Can Diced Tomatoes
Onion
1 TBSP Ground Flaxseed (7 vitamins & minerals, and a gram of protein)
Pepper, Garlic, Basil, Ginger
WAFFLE POTATO CAKES
Added to Blender—4 Cooked Potatoes, Peas, Onions, Garlic, Pepper, Basil
1 Grated Zucchini
1/2 Cup Oat Flour and 1 tsp Baking Powder
Scoop 1/2 Cup of Potato Cake Mix onto preheated Waffle Iron. I cooked each scoop about 8 minutes (Waffle Irons will vary). The waffle can be used for dipping or as an open faced sandwich with Humus and Veggies….
